DELIVERY & PICKUP TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY

We only provide local delivery and pick-up to prevent the product from getting damaged. The local delivery rate will be charged based on the location radius (up to 50 km from the workshop) for deliveries that are more than 50 Km away from us, please contact us before placing your order. Pick-up will be free of charge.

 

Cancelled deliveries due to weather conditions will be delivered the next day if the weather permits.

 

All custom products need 3-5 days to process, unless we confirmed that we can make it/them earlier. We will send you an email once the product is ready for pick-up or delivery.

  • We deliver within the Windsor area and surroundings.

  • Delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

  • Our deliveries are made between 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays and weekends.

  • Clients / Recipients will be provided with a delivery time frame a day before the delivery or the day of the delivery.

  • If you need the order to be delivered at a certain time, kindly mention that in the instructions.

  • It's the client's responsibility to ensure someone is home to receive the order in the provided time frame.

  • Delivery fee will cover only one delivery attempt.

  • WE DON’T GUARANTEE ANY BALLOONS LEFT OUTDOOR (Hot or cold weather may damage the balloons)

  • For deliveries to locations out of our servicing area or out of our delivery hours, please contact us to determine if we can help you. 

  • Pickups can be made during our working hours.

  • Please send us a message or call us to schedule the pickup time.
