How long will latex balloons last?
Latex Balloons (air filled) look their best for 48 hours. Depending on the temperature of the room it could last much longer. Often customers say they lasted well past 2 weeks. The thinner (clown balloons) will not last as long as the latex material is thinner than the round balloons.
How long will foil/mylar balloons last
Mylar/Foil balloons vary. Helium filled with stay afloat for approximately 48 hours. Air filled will last anywhere from 2 weeks to months of enjoyment.
How long will clear bobo balloons last?
Air filled bobo balloons will last anywhere from 2 weeks to months of enjoyment. Again, the temperature of the room plays a huge part to prolong its beauty.
What if my balloon is damaged?
We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they are delivered or picked up. You might walk into a pokey tree branch, rest your balloons against a hot car, accidentally let them go, or over-expose them to the elements. Helium is very sensitive to hot and cold, and the life of your balloon could be affected by the temperature of your house or weather outside.
If we pop your balloon, we will replace it! However, if you/someone else/mother nature pops/steals/damages/karate chops/lets go of your balloon, Balloon Bar YQR is not held responsible.
Can I get my balloon uninflated?
Unfortunately, our Balloons are not able to be transported uninflated. All Balloons are delivered/picked up as a final product due to the process used to create them.
Can you fill a balloon I already have?
We will fill foil/mylar balloons that have not been purchased through us. However it's very important to note that we can not guarantee that they will stay inflated or that they won't pop. We will not replace any foil balloons that were not purchased through us.
Where can I pick up my order?
Pick ups are available at different locations. You will be notified when the order is complete.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver within our area. Delivery fees may apply and are dependent on location and size of the order. But don't worry, we will include all that information when we provide you with an estimate.
How can I place an order?
I f you would like to place an order, please visit our ONLINE SHOP and place the order. If you have a general idea, but cannot find it, please contact us and we will be happy to suggest some ideas to finalize something spectacular for your function!
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order as soon as you know the date of your event. However, we understand that life gets busy! We will try to accommodate your order if it is placed last minute, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to fill orders that are required within 24 hours.
When is payment due?
We request all invoices be paid in full prior to pick up or delivery.
On orders more than $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the order is placed.
Can I make changes to my order?
We start prepping within a few hours of receiving the order. Because of this, we do not allow changes to be made to your order after 2 hours of receipt of order. We like to make sure the arrangement has time to settle and be bright and shiny for its arrival to you. Please note the these times vary at busy seasonal/holiday occasions.
