All Balloon sales are final, once a product is delivered or picked up. We can’t be held responsible for any defects as all our products should be handled with care. We advise taking the balloons indoors directly after pickup.
For latex, smaller 9-12” helium balloons will generally last from 8 to 12 hours (2-4x longer with hi-float), while the larger ones can last up to 2-3 days. Foil balloons typically last from 3 to 5 days, up to a few weeks. However, we cannot guarantee how long they will stay as many factors could affect them such as: extreme heat, extreme cold or sharp objects.
