RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All orders are final sale and non refundable. A store credit maybe issued depending on the notice given. The store credit can be used at a later date as long as the production of the order hasn't started.

All Balloon sales are final, once a product is delivered or picked up, we can’t be held responsible for any defects as all our products should be handled with care. We advise taking the balloons indoors directly after pickup.
